Shipping Times
For transport, Girardicollection.com relies on the most important couriers, whose average delivery times are generally as follows:

Girardicollection.com works with the main couriers. However, if they wish, the customer can always use their trusted courier. In this case, it is enough to communicate it to the Girardionline.com staff during registration, or with the order, or by telephone or email, in any case always in good time before the goods are shipped.

The express courier requires two delivery attempts. In case of absence after the second attempt, the costs for the third delivery are borne by the recipient, otherwise it is possible to collect the package at the courier's local office.

For a shipment abroad, the costs are to be calculated based on the weight, volume and destination.

Billing
Before shipping, the proforma invoice in PDF will be sent to the customer, and in any case the invoice will be sent via SDI to the Revenue Agency, where the customer, if he wishes, can find it by accessing his tax drawer of the same Agency.

Once the shipment has been made, the customer will be sent a confirmation e-mail.

Returns
Upon receipt of the material, check that the number of packages received corresponds to that indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet. If one of the above conditions is not maintained, you must immediately contest the fault(s) with the carrier, sign with reserve on the transport document and on the courier's waybill, describing the reason.

Important notice: If you accept the goods delivered by the courier without any complaints and without reservations, you will in no way be able to claim any shortages or damage due to transport at a later time.
